THE POSITION

Join our dynamic team as a Quality & Regulatory Program Coordinator, where you provide operational leadership and coordination across the organization’s accreditation, regulatory, and quality infrastructure. This role supports continuous survey readiness, maintains oversight of all organizational accreditation and certification programs, and ensures the systems, documentation, and processes required for compliance are organized, current, and accessible. Working closely with the Director of Quality, this role serves as a central point of coordination across departments, supporting regulatory compliance efforts, facilitating survey readiness activities, and enabling the efficient execution of quality program operations. Be a part of a collaborative environment where innovation and attention to detail are valued and make a meaningful impact on our organization's success. Clinical background; Registered Nurse preferred · Bachelor’s Degree preferred · Minimum 3-5 years hospital experience preferred. Experience with CMS Conditions of Participation and The Joint Commission Accreditation Manual for Hospitals, as well as survey process
