Accountabilities
  • Proactively generate new opportunities within targeted health systems.
  • Build credibility and align initiatives with organizational pain points.
  • Oversee complex, multi-solution deal cycles from inception to closure.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to support deal progression.
  • Establish strong relationships with C-suite stakeholders.
  • Translate platform capabilities into clear economic outcomes.
  • Develop ROI-driven business cases grounded in operational realities.
  • Maintain a forward-looking pipeline through consistent engagement.
Requirements
  • 1218+ years of enterprise healthcare sales or strategic partnerships experience.
  • Track record of closing large, complex deals ($5M - $20M+ ACV).
  • Proven ability to navigate competing priorities across stakeholders.
  • Experience in creating demand within health systems without defined budgets.
  • Familiarity with revenue cycle and value-based care concepts.
  • History of structuring creative commercial models for partnerships.
  • Strong understanding of health system economics and financial outcomes.
  • Undergraduate degree; MBA or MHA preferred.
