- Serve as point of contact for transfer of files, documents, records, and distribution with external vendors
- Compile and maintain complex contract data to be routinely accessible and generate reports as required
- Draft, prepare, and proofread letters and documents to external partners
- Properly create and maintain T5 Development internal filing structure
- Assist and oversee Development Coordinators by providing proper coding, routing, information, and coversheets as necessary
- Review electronic document signature workflow (DocuSign)
- Create and maintain master schedules and hold all vendors accountable to project schedule.
- Set up initial project, budget, vendor, and billings
- Track contractual agreements, oversee change orders, and prepare cashflow projections
- Manage timely monthly invoicing and support submission of pay applications, schedule of values, lien waivers, etc.
- Manage vendor contracts in accordance with project budgets and billing terms
- Manage project change management, filing, and record keeping
- Manage and create executive-level project reporting monthlyAssist in procuring external consultants such as special inspectors, commissioning agents, and design teams, as well as supporting the procurement of general contractors.
- Collaborate with internal cross functional team members including Procurement, Finance, Legal, and Accounting to maintain project alignment.
- Able to travel frequently if not local.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 4+ years of project management experience in construction.
- General contracting experience required; data center experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, CAD/Visio, and PDF.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
