This role is focused on bridging business needs and technology solutions within complex enterprise environments, ensuring that operational processes are effectively translated into functional system requirements. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to analyze business challenges, particularly within Oracle Cloud processes related to inventory, goods receipt, and integrations. The position involves gathering requirements, defining solutions, and supporting system configuration to improve efficiency and enable scalable process optimization. You will play a key role in aligning business objectives with technical delivery teams, ensuring smooth implementation of improvements across systems and workflows. Working in a collaborative and structured environment, you will contribute to digital transformation initiatives and support continuous service enhancement. This is a highly analytical and cross-functional role where precision, communication, and problem-solving are essential.
- Act as the primary bridge between business challenges and technology-driven solutions, ensuring alignment between stakeholders and technical teams.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, translating them into clear functional specifications and system needs.
- Support Oracle Cloud processes, including inventory, goods receipt, FDC, and related integrations.
- Contribute to the design and implementation of process improvements and system enhancements across business functions.
- Identify operational gaps and develop supporting documentation such as user guides, test cases, templates, and training materials.
- Assist in troubleshooting service-related issues and ensure timely resolution through proper escalation channels.
- Collaborate with project teams to deliver assigned components under supervision while meeting quality and timeline expectations.
- Ensure adherence to established development, support, and governance processes.
- Support testing activities and validate solutions against business requirements.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to track progress and close outstanding deliverables.
- Experience as a Business Analyst in technology or ERP-driven environments, ideally with Oracle Cloud.
- Strong understanding of business processes, requirements gathering, and functional analysis.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud ERP modules such as Inventory, FDC, and Tax, and OIC integration tools.
- Ability to map business needs into functional requirements and operational deliverables.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with ability to interact with stakeholders.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and system delivery lifecycle.
- Experience in process mapping, documentation, and functional specification writing.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio).
- Ability to work collaboratively in team environments and manage multiple priorities.
