Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Dental Hygienist with a minimum of 3 years of clinical experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be licensed to practice in North Carolina, skilled in preventive and therapeutic procedures, and committed to providing patient-centered care. This role requires a high level of clinical proficiency, strong communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with our doctors and team members. Schedule would be Tuesday through Thursday 7:30a - 4:00p.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform prophylaxis, scaling and root planing, periodontal maintenance, and other preventive services.
• Conduct oral health assessments and provide individualized patient education.
• Expose, process, and evaluate radiographs and intraoral images.
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate patient records.
• Adhere to OSHA, infection control, and all applicable safety standards.
• Collaborate with the dental team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Contribute to a positive and professional practice environment.

Qualifications:

• Current and valid Dental Hygienist license.
• Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience as a practicing Dental Hygienist.
• Proficiency in preventive, periodontal, and diagnostic procedures.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work full-time and support the operational needs of the practice.
• Dedication to continuing education and professional development.
• Available to work Tuesday through Thursday 7:30 - 4:00.
