The core responsibilities of this role include: Responsible for assigning work schedules, training associates and monitoring associate progress for the work group they are directing. Provides day-to-day direction and guidance to work group. Responsible for daily workloads. This position will be over the picking department.

Position: Group Coordinator Lead
Shift: 1st Shift, M-F 7am-3:30pm
Pay: $23.30/Hr

A minimum of 1 year leadership experience is required. A minimum of 6 months WMS experience is preferred.

Role Purpose:

Leads Training and evaluation of associates on MHE and classroom instructions.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Support and lead the trainers at the site.
  • Create effective training presentations and be able to present them to associates.
  • Create training programs for individual functionality defaulting under a Warehouse Management System (WMS).
  • Create conceptual Standard Operating Procedures for high level overviews at the customer level.
  • Prepare detailed work instructions for individual functionality defaulting under a WMS.
  • Effective initial training and cross training of associates and outside workers.
  • Support operations as needed by leadership.

Required Education and Experience:

  • 1+ year training experience in warehouse setting
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent, preferred
