We are focused on automating highly manual tasks to tackle long-standing problems in claims and set a new standard for TPAs, insurance technology providers, and adjusters alike. We have ambitious (but attainable!) goals and need people who can work in an evolving environment. If building a leading TPA and the prospect of tackling the long-standing challenges of the claims role sounds exciting, we can’t wait to meet you.
About the role
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Claims Support Specialist to join our team, with a primary focus on claim reporting, data entry, and data integrity. This role is dedicated to ensuring that claim data is accurate, complete, and consistently maintained across systems. You will play a critical role in supporting internal and external reporting by owning the quality of data used in various reporting outputs. You will work closely with claims adjusters, operations, and leadership to validate data, resolve discrepancies, and improve data-related processes.
Please note that this is an hourly, overtime-eligible role.
What you'll do
- Support claim reporting activities, encompassing the collection, validation, and assurance of reported data accuracy.
- Perform high-volume data entry with a strong emphasis on accuracy and completeness
- Ensure data integrity across claims systems by reviewing, auditing, and correcting key data fields
- Identify, investigate, and resolve data discrepancies in partnership with adjusters and internal teams
- Maintain and update claim records, ensuring all required fields are complete and aligned with company standards
- Manage data-related task queues and meet defined SLAs
- Support reporting needs by ensuring underlying data is accurate and reliable
- Develop and document data processes and procedures to improve consistency and efficiency
- Recommend improvements to workflows, reporting processes, and data quality controls
Who You Are
- Detail-oriented to your core—you catch what others miss
- Highly organized and able to manage high-volume, repetitive tasks with accuracy
- Process-driven, with a focus on consistency and standardization
- Accountable and proactive in identifying and correcting data issues
- Curious and willing to dig into discrepancies to find the root cause
- Comfortable working with systems, data, and reporting tools
- Effective communicator who collaborates well across teams
- Motivated and growth-focused, with interest in improving workflows and processes
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- 2+ years of experience in a data-focused, administrative, or support role within insurance, compliance, or a similar environment, such as:
- Claims support or claims data entry
- Policy administration
- Database or records management
- Strong attention to detail with a proven track record of maintaining high data accuracy
- Experience with data entry, validation, and reporting processes
- Proficiency with Google Sheets, Excel, and similar tools

- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
Benefits
- Generous health-insurance package with nationwide coverage, vision, & dental
- 401(k) retirement plan with employer matching
- Competitive PTO policy – we want our employees fresh, healthy, happy, and energized!
- Generous family leave policy after 8 months of continuous work
- Work from anywhere to facilitate your work life balance
- Apple laptop, large second monitor, and other quality-of-life equipment you may want. Technology is something that should make your life easier, not harder!
Additionally, we will
- Listen to your feedback to enhance and improve upon the long-standing challenges of an adjuster and the claims role
- Work toward reducing and eliminating all the administrative work from an adjuster role
- Foster a culture of empathy, transparency, and empowerment in a remote-first environment
