Job Title: Product Owner – Agentic AI / Custom GPT Solutions
Location: Phoenix, AZ (Hybrid)
Duration: 12+ months

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Product Owner with strong expertise in Agentic AI and Custom GPT solutions to lead the development of next-generation AI-driven products. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience defining, building, and deploying AI agents and customized GPT-based applications aligned with business use cases.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and drive the product vision, roadmap, and strategy for Agentic AI and GPT-based solutions.
  • Gather and translate business requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and product backlogs.
  • Lead the development of custom GPTs, AI agents, and conversational AI solutions tailored to enterprise needs.
  • Collaborate with AI/ML engineers, data scientists, and development teams to deliver scalable AI products.
  • Manage Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
  • Ensure proper integration of LLMs, RAG pipelines, APIs, and enterprise systems.
  • Define and track KPIs, product metrics, and user adoption for AI solutions.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to prioritize features based on business impact and feasibility.
  • Ensure compliance with AI governance, security, and ethical standards.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • Proven experience as a Product Owner in AI/ML or data-driven product environments.
  • Hands-on experience with Agentic AI frameworks and architectures.
  • Experience in building and managing Custom GPTs / LLM-based applications.
  • Strong understanding of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), embeddings, vector databases, and prompt engineering.
  • Familiarity with OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar LLM platforms.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
