Front Desk Clerk at LIVINN HOTELS LTD – Fridley, Minnesota

LivINN Hotels are currently seeking two friendly, dependable Part-Time Front Desk Associates to join our hotel team in Fridley MN. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy providing excellent guest service in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

• Employment Type: Part-Time
• Starting Pay: $17.00 per hour

Position 1:

• Friday: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• Saturday: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

Position 2:

• Friday: 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM
• Saturday: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Sunday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and professionally during check-in and check-out
• Answer phones and respond to guest questions and requests
• Handle reservations, payments, and cash transactions accurately
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk and lobby area
• Communicate with housekeeping and management to ensure guest satisfaction
• Complete laundry duties.
• Follow hotel policies, safety procedures, and confidentiality standards

• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Basic computer skills and attention to detail
• Experience with Jonas a plus
• Ability to multitask and remain calm in a busy environment
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs if needed
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be able to pass a Kari Koskinen background check
