Holbrook Auto Parts is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced Automotive Dismantler to join our team in Ypsilanti. What You’ll Do
As an Automotive Dismantler, you’ll be responsible for safely and efficiently removing high-quality, sellable parts from vehicles for inventory.
Typical parts include:
Engines & transmissions
Transfer cases & axle assemblies
Carriers
Headlights & taillights
Radios & HVAC controls
Additional components based on inventory needs
You’ll play a key role in ensuring parts are removed properly, labeled correctly, and ready for resale.
What We’re Looking For
Strong automotive mechanical experience required
Experience with engine and transmission removal/replacement
Ability to fully dismantle vehicles for parts
Own tools required (air/battery-powered, 1/2" & 3/8" drive, etc.)
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Strong attention to cleanliness and organization
Ability to follow processes and procedures
Forklift experience preferred (or willingness to learn)
Reliable transportation and strong attendance
