This role sits within a healthcare analytics team focused on supporting integrated kidney care programs and value-based care initiatives across large patient populations. You will be responsible for transforming complex clinical, claims, and operational data into actionable insights that inform care delivery, program performance, and strategic decision-making. The environment is highly collaborative, involving close interaction with clinicians, operators, analysts, and executive stakeholders. A key aspect of the role is developing and maintaining scalable reporting solutions that improve visibility into outcomes and support continuous care model optimization. You will also contribute to data engineering and Tableau development efforts, ensuring data integrity, usability, and consistency across reporting systems. This is a high-impact position where analytical rigor directly supports improved patient outcomes and healthcare delivery.
- Develop and execute SQL-based analysis on large-scale clinical, claims, and operational datasets to support reporting and performance monitoring of care programs.
- Build, maintain, and optimize reporting solutions and dashboards that enable leadership to track care team performance, outcomes, and operational trends.
- Design and support data pipelines, ETL/ELT processes, and data models to ensure reliable and scalable analytics infrastructure.
- Develop, publish, and maintain Tableau data sources and dashboards, ensuring accuracy, usability, and alignment with business needs.
- Partner with stakeholders across clinical, operational, and executive teams to define reporting requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Perform ad-hoc analyses to identify trends, troubleshoot performance issues, and generate actionable insights from healthcare datasets.
- Document data processes, reporting logic, and analytical outputs to ensure transparency and consistency across teams.
This role requires a Bachelor’s degree (preferred) and at least 4 years of experience in healthcare analytics, data engineering, or reporting roles. Candidates must have strong expertise in SQL and relational databases, with demonstrated experience working in Snowflake environments. Hands-on experience with Epic Clarity or Caboodle, or equivalent healthcare data platforms, is required, along with strong familiarity with Tableau Desktop, Tableau Prep, and data visualization development. Experience working within SDLC frameworks and managing structured data workflows is essential. Strong communication skills are required, with the ability to present insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including executive leadership. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in fast-paced, cross-functional healthcare environments.
