About This Position
The Professional Services team is an exciting, fast-growing business line within Contentsquare's organisation, and this role sits at its heart. As a Professional Services Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering best-in-class enablement and advisory services to Contentsquare's pro and enterprise tier customers and focus partners. Your primary focus will be driving platform adoption and deep product knowledge through high-quality instructor-led training - both foundational and use case-specific - while also providing strategic guidance and post-onboarding support to help clients get lasting value from the Contentsquare platform.
You will work closely with customers throughout their journey: from onboarding through to ongoing success, acting as a trusted expert, a skilled trainer, and a strategic partner. We win when our customers win.
What youll do:Enablement and Training (Primary Focus)
Deliver instructor-led training as part of customer onboarding, ensuring new and upsold customers effectively adopt and use Contentsquare's analytics solutions.
Train new teams, departments, and stakeholders within existing customer organisations on an ad hoc basis, adapting content to audience needs and experience levels.
Deliver platform training for Focus Partner Network solution partners, enabling them to independently support their own clients.
Engage a wider customer audience through 1-to-many webinar training offerings, scaling knowledge-sharing across the customer base.
Become a deep product expert across the full suite of Contentsquare's core analytics products, serving as a go-to product specialist for customers.
Define, develop, and adhere to training scope agreements, ensuring structured and high-quality delivery at every touchpoint.
Strategic Consulting and Post-Onboarding Support
Provide post-onboarding strategic support, partnering with clients to help them evolve their use of Contentsquare beyond initial adoption into sustained business impact.
Serve as a trusted advisor to a range of customer stakeholders - including CRO teams, marketers, UX/UI designers, and digital leaders - guiding them through data-driven decision-making and business transformation.
Design and facilitate tailored workshops that address specific client challenges, leveraging Contentsquare data to generate actionable recommendations.
Manage the project lifecycle for consulting engagements, including scoping, timeline management, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communication.
Contribute to the growth of the Professional Services team by developing reusable content, processes, and best practices that can be shared across the team.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Collaborate effectively with Customer Success Managers, Onboarding Program Managers, Account Executives, and Implementation Consultants to deliver a seamless customer experience.
Work cross-functionally on internal initiatives that support the scaling of the Professional Services function.
- 2-4 years of experience in training consultancy, professional services, or client-facing consulting, ideally within a SaaS, MarTech, or Analytics environment.
Strong presentation, communication, and instructional design skills, with a proven ability to present technical concepts to varied audiences.
Ability to rapidly learn and effectively train others in analytics technology.
Experience consulting and providing recommendations to clients, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills (quantitative, conceptual, and practical).
Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple activities in parallel in a fast-paced environment.
Proactive work ethic, strong follow-through, and a positive attitude.
Ability to thrive in a global, cross-functional, team-based environment.
Flexibility and the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and ambiguous situations.
- Prior experience in a training or enablement role within a SaaS company, combined with exposure to consulting or strategic advisory work.
Background in e-commerce, A/B testing, digital, or analytics businesses.
Strong knowledge and experience with CRO, A/B Testing, or UX/UI.
Experience with SQL, HTML, CSS, JS, or working with data warehouses and BI tools.
Consulting background with experience delivering structured programmes or business transformation projects.
Knowledge or experience in UI/UX, cognitive science, or web/app development
