Server Overview:

Our servers are responsible for providing guests with courteous, friendly, sincere, efficient, and graceful table service that meets or exceeds guest expectations.

We are seeking talented, service-minded individuals who are as committed as we are to providing total guest satisfaction and who show a passion for the restaurant industry. We want individuals who are motivated, ambitious, and willing to do what it takes to get the job done.

Server Responsibilities:

Reports to work well-groomed, in clean and proper uniform and practices good personal hygieneGreets guests in a courteous and respectable wayTakes verbal drink and meal orders according to guest preferenceServes high-quality food and checks all orders to ensure they are complete, prepared as ordered, portioned correctly, and attractive in appearanceMaintains cleanliness of the stationsPerforms side work during shift downtime including but not limited to; rolling silverware, restocking condiment holders, cleaning work areas, etc.Maintains sufficient knowledge of the menu to execute suggestive selling with all guests
