This role is responsible for maintaining clean, comfortable, and welcoming guest rooms while supporting a positive guest experience. Room Attendants play an essential role in delivering exceptional hospitality and ensuring guests enjoy a clean and relaxing stay.

Job Responsibilities

Guest Room Cleaning

Clean and prepare guest rooms according to hotel standardsMake beds, replace linens, and restock towels and amenitiesClean bathrooms, dust furniture, vacuum floors, and empty trashEnsure rooms are properly stocked and ready for guest arrivalsHousekeeping Operations

Follow daily room assignments and cleaning schedulesMaintain housekeeping carts and cleaning suppliesReport maintenance issues or room damages to managementFollow hotel procedures for lost and found itemsGuest Service

Respond politely to guest requests when encounteredMaintain a friendly and professional attitudeHelp create a welcoming environment for guestsTeam Support

Assist with cleaning hallways and public areas when neededWork closely with the front desk and housekeeping team to ensure rooms are ready for arrivals

Qualifications
