As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you'll work alongside physical therapists to help patients improve mobility, strength, function, and independence.

What You'll Do

• Provide treatment interventions under the direction of a physical therapist.
• Assist patients with therapeutic exercises and activities.
• Monitor patient response and progress.
• Educate patients on exercises and home programs.
• Document treatment and patient progress accurately.
• Maintain a safe and supportive treatment environment.
• Communicate patient progress and concerns to the physical therapist.
• Collaborate with patients, families, and the healthcare team.

What We're Looking For

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Current Wisconsin PTA license.
• Current BLS/CPR certification or ability to obtain within 90 days.
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a rehabilitation team.

Pay & Benefits

$26.25 - $39.50. (Pay is based on experience).
