What You’ll Do

• Perform work specified on repair orders efficiently and according to dealership and manufacturer standards
• Diagnose and repair vehicle systems including:
  • Engine, Transmission, Electrical
  • Steering, Suspension, Brakes
  • Air Conditioning and more
• Identify customer concerns quickly and accurately
• Provide labor and time estimates for additional repairs
• Communicate diagnostics and repairs clearly with team members and clients
• Stay current with evolving automotive technology through ongoing training

What We’re Looking For

• 2–3+ years of automotive technician experience (dealership experience preferred)
• Chrysler experience is a plus, but not required
• Strong knowledge of automobiles and light trucks
• Ability to learn new technology, repair procedures, and specifications
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• Team player who fits a family-oriented culture

Schedule

• 5-day work week
• Every 4th Saturday required

Compensation

• $70,000 – $120,000+ annually (DOE)
• Competitive pay for the right individual
