About This Position
Licensed Esthetician and/or Dual Esthetician and Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT)
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Esthetician, or a dual-certified Esthetician and Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT), to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to provide a comprehensive range of skincare and massage services, enhancing our clients' overall wellness and beauty experience. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of skincare treatments including facials, dermaplaning, red light therapy, and other esthetic services
- Provide professional massage therapy services, including relaxation, therapeutic, and specialty massages
- Conduct client consultations to assess individual needs and recommend appropriate treatments
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming treatment environment in compliance with health and safety regulations
- Stay updated on the latest skincare and massage techniques, products, and industry trends
- Educate clients on skincare routines, product usage, and wellness practices
Requirements:Skills and Qualifications:
- Valid state licensure as an Esthetician and/or Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT)
- Proven experience in skincare treatments and massage therapy
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to create a relaxing and professional environment for clients
- Knowledge of skincare products, massage techniques, and industry best practices
- Strong attention to detail and hygiene standards
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to accommodate client scheduling needs
