🕒 Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
💰 Pay: Starting at $21.50+/hour (based on experience)

What You’ll Do

  • Greet and assist patients with professionalism, warmth, and empathy
  • Guide patients through services, eligibility, and sliding fee scale options
  • Educate patients on balances, deposits, and payment plans
  • Collect and reconcile co-pays and payments accurately
  • Verify insurance and maintain accurate patient records
  • Schedule appointments efficiently across services
  • Connect uninsured patients with Outreach & Enrollment support
  • Collaborate with medical, dental, and behavioral health teams
  • Help ensure a smooth, welcoming, and patient-centered front office

🧩 What You Bring
Required:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

Preferred:

  • Experience in customer service, call center, or healthcare front office
