Full Time Evening Account Supervisor - Minneapolis at Marsden Central – Minneapolis, Minnesota

Marsden is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Account Supervisor to lead our daily facility operations. In this role, you will be directly responsible for maintaining high cleaning standards through hands-on oversight and the comprehensive training of service associates. Your administrative duties will include managing site budgets, accurate timekeeping, and addressing employee concerns to foster a positive team environment. Additionally, you will oversee the maintenance of all onsite equipment, which includes transporting machinery to the Marsden Repair Department in St. Paul when necessary. To qualify for this position, candidates must possess a valid drivers license and active car insurance.

• 25 years of proven lead or supervisory experience
• Valid drivers license and current car insurance
• Reliable personal vehicle
• Pre-employment drug screen required
  • THC is not included in the drug screening panel for applicants living in Minnesota
• Physically able to bend, lift up to 30 lbs., walk quickly, and remain on your feet throughout the shift
• Willing to consent to a background check
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Basic English proficiency required for safety

• Daily Operations: Oversee and perform the thorough cleaning of restrooms, trash removal, and sanitizing of high-touch surfaces.
• Team Leadership: Direct the training of new associates and proactively resolve employee concerns.
• Administrative Management: Maintain accurate timekeeping records and manage the site budget to ensure operational efficiency.
• Equipment Care: Monitor the condition of all onsite tools and equipment to prevent downtime.
• Logistics: Transport equipment to the Marsden Repair Department in St. Paul as needed using a personal vehicle.
• Compliance: Ensure all safety protocols are followed and maintain a valid drivers license and active car insurance.
