Our modern Applicant Tracking System helps teams streamline their recruiting workflows, save time, and hire smarter—whether they're scaling fast or filling that one critical role.
As we grow, we’re expanding our support coverage and looking for a Customer Support Representative who’s tech-savvy, empathetic, and energized by helping others succeed.
What You'll Do:
Provide outstanding customer support to users via email, live chat, and occasional video calls.
Troubleshoot product issues related to user setup, job board integrations, calendars, applicant flows, and more.
Escalate bugs or feature requests to the product and engineering teams with clear documentation.
Translate customer feedback into actionable insights and help improve our help center content (English and Spanish).
Maintain high customer satisfaction while managing multiple conversations and prioritizing efficiently.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success, Product, and Engineering Teams
What We're Looking For:.
1–3 years of experience in a customer support role (SaaS or HR tech a big plus).
Familiarity with support platforms like Jira and Hubspot
Comfort with technical troubleshooting (browsers, integrations, user permissions).
Strong communication and problem-solving skills—you stay calm under pressure and know how to explain things simply.
Self-motivated and organized; experience working in a remote setting preferred.
Bonus: Familiarity with ATS systems or HR processes.
