Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them efficiently to the kitchen and bar staff
- Serve food and drinks promptly, ensuring presentation and quality meet standards
- Assist guests with menu selections and provide recommendations when needed
- Ensure guest satisfaction by checking in during meals and addressing any concerns promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, utensils, and service stations
- Process payments accurately and handle cash or credit transactions
- Follow all safety, sanitation, and health regulations
Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a restaurant server or in a customer service role preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and carry trays or dishes
- Knowledge of food and beverage menus and service standards
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
