Exceptional Healthcare seeks an experienced Inpatient Nurse Manager to oversee inpatient operations where skilled clinicians develop leadership potential while making a meaningful impact on patient care.

What You'll Do
- Build and mentor a high-performing clinical team
- Drive quality outcomes through clinical expertise and leadership
- Develop systems that elevate patient experience and staff satisfaction
- Implement improvements without endless approval chains
- Manage budgets, scheduling, and resource allocation
What You'll Need
- 2+ years hospital nursing experience (Med/Surg, ICU, or ED preferred)
- 2+ years supervisory experience
- Bachelor's degree in nursing from accredited institution
- Current RN license with BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
- Experience with EHR systems, quality improvement, and regulatory compliance
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
