CompensationThe base pay range for this role is $60,000 – $72,000 per year.

What You’ll Do
- Create polished, on-brand materials including decks, one-pagers, and proposals using Think Company’s design system
- Own and manage Think Company’s social media presence, maintaining a consistent and engaging posting cadence
- Strategically develop and publish content across platforms using photo, video, and written assets
- Capture and share real-time content at events, translating moments into compelling social storytelling
- Partner with external marketing and creative vendors to execute campaigns and content initiatives
- Maintain and evolve brand assets, templates, and visual standards
- Support the rollout of Think Company’s upcoming brand refresh across channels and materials
What You Bring
- Experience creating branded content for an organization, including social media and marketing materials
- A portfolio demonstrating strong design skills across presentations, documents, or digital assets
- Ability to capture and edit photo and video content, including informal, in-the-moment work
- Experience working with tools like HubSpot to support marketing efforts
- Strong writing skills, especially for short-form, conversational content
- Comfort using AI tools to support content creation, paired with sound judgment and editing for authenticity
- Ability to independently manage multiple priorities and collaborate with internal teams and external partners
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience working with or coordinating external agencies or vendors
- Familiarity with video editing tools such as CapCut, Premiere, or similar
- Experience supporting a brand refresh or design system rollout
- Background in B2B or professional services environments
