• Hold active, independent clinical licensure (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, etc) in a US state

• Own individual professional malpractice insurance

• Have individual NPI & CAQH numbers (& complete a CAQH application)

• Be a resident in the USA (with reliable internet connection)

• Pass a background check (conducted by our third-party partner)
