About This Position

💻 IT Systems Administrator Network Infrastructure

Full-Time | Monday–Friday (Days)
📍 Multiple locations — regular travel between 2 sites required
Occasional off-hours work may be required to support system maintenance, upgrades, or urgent technical needs

💰 Pay Range: $36.06 – $39.81 per hour (based on experience)

🖥️ What You’ll Do

You will play a key role in supporting and strengthening our IT infrastructure by:

Network & Systems Management

    Installing, configuring, and maintaining network hardware and operating systemsManaging routers, switches, firewalls, and virtualization platformsMonitoring network performance and implementing improvementsSupporting Office 365 environments, antivirus systems, and security updatesPerforming backups, disaster recovery planning, and system upgrades

Help Desk & User Support

    Responding to help desk requests via phone, EHR alerts, and emailTroubleshooting hardware and software issuesDocumenting incidents and tracking resolutionsProviding user training resources and technical guidanceMentoring help desk technicians and supporting team workflows

IT Projects & Collaboration

    Assisting the IT Director with assigned technology initiativesActing as liaison with vendors and external IT partnersSupporting agency phone systems and communication infrastructureHelping maintain documentation, inventories, and performance reporting
🧠 Minimum Required Qualifications (Must Meet All to Be Considered)

Candidates must meet all of the following requirements to be considered for this position:

    High school diploma or equivalent required.Candidates must have hands-on experience supporting on-site network infrastructure in a multi-location environment.Minimum of 1–3 years of hands-on experience supporting, configuring, and maintaining network and PC operating systems.Minimum of 1-3 years experience managing enterprise firewalls and switchesDemonstrated experience working with Windows operating systems, Cisco networking equipment, virtualization platforms (VMware and/or Hyper-V), and backup technologies such as Veeam.Experience managing and supporting network firewalls and implementing basic network security practices.Working knowledge of current network hardware, protocols, and industry standards.Proven ability to perform hardware and software troubleshooting and resolve technical issues independently.

Preferred (but not required):

    Relevant IT certifications and/or an Associate’s degree in Information Technology, Networking, or a related field.
