What You'll Expect
You’ll manage and use the casino’s player database to support guest engagement, loyalty programs, and revenue growth. You’ll help ensure the right messages and offers reach the right guests at the right time through data-driven marketing campaigns.
What You'll Do
- Maintain and ensure the accuracy and compliance of the marketing database
- Create and execute targeted direct mail, email, and SMS campaigns
- Develop guest segmentation lists based on player data and activity
- Track and analyze campaign performance and prepare reports on ROI and player response
- Collaborate with loyalty and player development teams to align communications
- Manage guest data preferences and privacy compliance
- Support monthly marketing plans and reinvestment strategies
- Coordinate with vendors for timely production and delivery of marketing materials
- Monitor competitor promotions and industry trends
- Assist with budgeting and documentation for database marketing activities
What You'll Bring
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Data Analytics (or equivalent experience)
- 1–3 years of experience in database marketing, CRM management, or a similar role
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Access, SQL, or similar tools
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
What We Require
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Gaming license
- Must adhere to all privacy and regulatory standards
