Position Summary

The Franchise Business Coach (FBC) role will report directly to the Vice President of

Operations. As an FBC, you will work directly with franchise owners to influence, guide,

and support them in building a successful Franchise business. Not only will you have

the opportunity to work with established Franchise owners, but you will also partner with

owners who are new to the system. You will be on a regular cadence of communication

with owners to support the seasonal needs of our business. There will be an occasional

need to travel to visit owners in the field. As an FBC, you will be the primary point of

contact an owner has with the home office.

Position Responsibilities

· Serve as the primary point of contact connecting owners with our home office

· Lead, inspire, and influence Franchise owners by instilling best practices and

problem-solving unique situations

· Provide guidance and leadership to Franchisees on operations related to the

successful operation of a Mosquito Shield Franchise, including but not limited to

skill transfer to Franchisees and their staff in the areas of leadership, marketing,

sales, operations, financials, etc.

· Prepare, coordinate, and conduct meetings for the purpose of growing the brand

and revenue

· Develop and maintain effective communication with Franchisees, while

establishing trust with your franchise owners

· Facilitate and assist in producing and delivering of training materials and driving

growth through meetings, workshops, and other means of support

· Provide input in the development of marketing, sales, production, financial,

information technology and training programs for the system

· Attend and lead regular calls with Franchisees, as well as travel occasionally for

franchise field visits

· Plan and coordinate Franchise functions to build morale, trust, and establish strong

lines of communications

· Conduct routine Profit and Loss (P+L) / Forecast reviews with Franchisees

· Other duties, as assigned, using discretionary judgement

Requirements:

· 3+ years of business coaching experience, ideally within a Franchise organization

· 3+ years of achieving business goals

· Ability to influence and drive change using an assertive yet collaborative leadership

approach

· Strong communication skills, including written and verbal

· Strong problem-solving skills and an ability to use independent judgement and

discretion

· A strong desire to meticulously manage details

· Proactive and able to work independently and build trust with key stakeholders

· Proven ability to execute effective priority management

· Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field preferred

· Ability and willingness to travel up to 25% of the time
