Clinic Director Physical Therapist (PT) | Full-time | Outpatient | 1200 Richland Dr, Suite G, Waco, TX 76710

As a Clinic Director in our outpatient setting, you will continue providing meaningful, hands-on patient care while also leading a high-performing multidisciplinary team, supporting operational excellence, and shaping the culture of your clinic.
Our clinicians treat a diverse range of diagnoses, including orthopedic, neurological, pre- and post-operative, gait and balance, and sports-related conditions.
Your Role:
- Deliver personalized, evidence-based therapy to patients with orthopedic, neurological, post-surgical, and sports-related conditions
- Lead overall clinic operations, ensuring a positive patient experience and strong clinical outcomes
- Support and mentor clinicians, fostering a culture of learning, collaboration, and clinical excellence
- Work closely along side state and national operational leadership to optimize your clinic's performance and grow in your own leadership skills.
- Manage clinic scheduling, workflow, caseload balance, and productivity
- Drive community engagement initiatives to build the clinic’s reputation, referral base and patient volume
- Document care accurately in Raintree EMR, while enjoying the benefits of AI-driven documentation tools
- Maintain a caseload of approximately 50 visits per week while supporting clinic operations
This is a unique leadership opportunity for an experienced Physical Therapist who values autonomy, clinical excellence, and a balanced workload. The role is ideal for a self-directed clinician who enjoys treating a general orthopedic population while providing light leadership in a well-established, multidisciplinary clinical setting.
You’ll join a small, collaborative PT and OT team with a consistent referral stream, including a pain management group located within the same building, allowing you to treat a diverse and engaging patient population.

Requirements
- Degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program
- Active state Physical Therapy license or eligibility for licensure
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and clinical reasoning skills
