This role is responsible for managing and coordinating service operations for national account clients, ensuring timely and efficient handling of equipment maintenance, repairs, and preventative services. The National Accounts Coordinator serves as a central point of contact for customers, vendors, and internal teams, ensuring work orders are accurately processed, tracked, and completed to high standards. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The role provides valuable support to national account operations while helping maintain strong client relationships and operational efficiency. Remote work within the Eastern Time Zone is required, with occasional collaboration across cross-functional teams.
- Process and track service work orders, including ordering parts and coordinating completion with vendors and internal teams
- Enter and update all service information accurately in order management systems
- Prepare customer quotes including pricing, parts, and lead times
- Approve invoices and vendor bills for services rendered
- Maintain high levels of customer service through consistent follow-up and communication
- Support continuous improvement by identifying gaps and developing solutions to streamline operations
- Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED required; further education a plus
- 1-3 years of experience in operations, customer service, or account coordination roles
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral, with the ability to interact effectively with customers, vendors, and team members
- Proven organizational, planning, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Comfortable working independently in a remote, technology-driven environment
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Interest in learning about warehouse equipment such as compactors, dock levers, balers, and forklifts
- Ability to pass a criminal history background check
