Job Overview:

The Opportunity: You will serve as a technical expert at Solaris Electric, where you don't just repeat tasks but build real expertise across the full electrical scope. This role offers end-to-end project exposure in a performance-driven culture that rewards ownership with rapid career advancement.

How You Will Make an Impact:

• Execute high-quality installations and repairs of electrical systems and fixtures within complex commercial and industrial environments.
• Install and support diverse raceway systems including conduit, cable trays, and structured wiring to ensure structural integrity.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose motor and control systems to implement effective technical solutions and prevent project delays.
• Interpret detailed electrical drawings, schematics, and blueprints to ensure all work is performed accurately and to code.
• Coordinate with field leadership and various trades to maintain efficient project timelines and professional jobsite dynamics.
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment while strictly adhering to NEC and company quality standards.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid TDLR Journeyman Electrician License is strictly required.
• Proven experience performing electrical work in commercial or industrial settings.
• Advanced ability to read and interpret technical documents, blueprints, and electrical schematics.
• Demonstrated proficiency with electrical tools, motor controls, and modern installation methods.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

• Experience: 8 years of electrical experience is preferred.
• Completion of a formal apprenticeship program or equivalent technical training.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a history of taking ownership of complex on-site technical challenges.
