About This Position
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Staff Accountant to join our finance team. This role is critical in supporting accurate financial reporting, maintaining the integrity of our accounting processes, and helping the business make informed decisions.

Responsibilities
- Prepare and enter monthly journal entries and support month-end close activities
- Maintain and reconcile financial records including general ledger, fixed assets, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
- Own key GL accounts, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and GAAP compliance
- Lead inventory and cost of goods sold (COGS) accounting processes
- Perform and oversee bank reconciliations
- Manage sales tax and other regulatory filings across multiple jurisdictions
- Oversee invoicing, collections, and vendor payment processes
- Generate operational and financial reporting to support leadership decision-making
- Support ERP system administration (ServiceTitan experience is a plus)
- Perform payroll accounting and related reconciliations
- Prepare daily and monthly reporting for field operations
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support a scalable finance operation
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive accounting or finance experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business required
- Strong understanding of GAAP and internal controls
- Experience with ERP systems (ServiceTitan a plus)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business intelligence tools
- Multi-unit retail experience is a plus
