Commercial Roofing Estimator at NATIONS ROOF LLC – Quakertown, Pennsylvania

On-site role; new hire must report daily to the Quakertown, PA office (M–F).

Nations Roof is one of the largest commercial roofing contractors in the U.S., delivering quality, safety, and customer satisfaction nationwide. We are seeking an experienced Commercial Roofing Estimator to lead projects from bid through closeout. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a collaborative, detail-driven environment and takes ownership of the full project lifecycle.

The Estimator prepares accurate, comprehensive estimates for commercial roofing projects across multiple systems and manufacturers. This role requires deep industry knowledge, strong analytical skills, and the ability to manage client relationships effectively.

• Prepare detailed estimates including labor, materials, equipment, and overhead costs.
• Demonstrate expertise in commercial roofing systems (TPO, EPDM, PVC, modified bitumen, built-up).
• Maintain strong client relationships and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Ensure all estimates meet industry standards and safety compliance.
• Stay current on pricing, market trends, and manufacturer requirements.
• Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and suppliers to meet specifications.

• Minimum 5 years of commercial roofing estimating experience (residential-only experience not considered).
• Proficient in computerized estimating software; Edge Estimating preferred.
• Strong understanding of roofing system design, installation codes, and warranty requirements.
• Excellent analytical, mathematical, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record.

• Full-time, salaried position: $85K–$125K DOE.
