The Position:

We are looking for a passionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to develop and implement a progressive rehabilitation program for patients in their homes in accordance with the principles and practices of occupational therapy and the patient’s needs. This position serves as the case manager and supervises home health aides and certified occupational therapy assistants when appropriate.
