EW Technical Specialist - Poly Req'd

We are looking to hire a Technical Specialist (EW) to join our team in Herndon, VA. This position reports to the Program Manager.

The EW Technical Specialist will be responsible for the following:

• The Technical Specialist provides direct technical support to program customers, including installation, testing, and maintenance of fixed-site and mobile EW systems in support of mission requirements.
• The Technical Specialist is anticipated to be deployed approximately 60 percent of the year to overseas locations, including hostile and denied areas, as well as active conflict zones.

Required Qualifications:

• One year of experience supporting technical programs and requirements
• One or more of the following:

1. Three years of technical electronics testing and maintenance experience
2. Three years of experience with vehicle mechanical and electrical systems
3. Three years of experience with the installation and maintenance of antennas, power equipment, and radios on communications towers

Required Security Clearance:

• TS/SCI with Polygraph

Preferred Qualifications:

• A Bachelor's Engineering Degree or higher
• Experience supporting EW technical requirements, include installation, testing, and maintenance of both fixed site and mobile EW platforms
• Service in the foreign field to include hostile, austere and denied areas and conflict zones
• FAA 107 license
• Military experience

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift, transport, and install heavy electronic equipment
• Must have the physical ability to climb ladders and work in tight, cramped environments.
• Ability to work in high heat, humidity, noise, and dirty conditions.
