You will also play a key role in building execution roadmaps and aligning stakeholders around strategic initiatives. - Identify and evaluate strategic opportunities to improve clinical operations and care delivery performance across the organization
- Analyze complex datasets and expert insights to prioritize initiatives with the highest operational and financial impact
- Develop and support the implementation of standardized processes, operating models, and execution roadmaps
- Partner with cross-functional teams to define, structure, and deliver scalable solutions aligned with enterprise priorities
- Advise leadership on strategic decisions, providing recommendations based on financial, operational, and performance analysis
- Support budgeting, ROI analysis, and financial modeling to assess initiative viability and impact
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by optimizing workflows and aligning processes with regulatory and organizational standards
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare, Finance, or a related field
- 5+ years of relevant experience in strategy, operations, consulting, finance, or healthcare transformation roles
- Strong financial acumen, including experience with budgeting, forecasting, and ROI analysis
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience in consulting, private equity, or complex operational strategy environments is highly valued
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work through ambiguity
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with ability to influence cross-functional teams
- High level of autonomy, judgment, and ability to manage complex, evolving priorities

- Annual salary range: $86,300 – $118,700 depending on experience and qualifications
