Job Description
Support Our Mission - and Help Keep It Looking Nice!
At PCGH, Inc., we’re dedicated to enhancing lives and promoting independence for adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities and traumatic brain injuries. A critical part of that mission is making sure our homes and facilities are safe, clean, and welcoming - inside and out. We’re looking for a Property & Landscaping Maintenance Technician to help maintain the upkeep and appearance of our residential and administrative properties.
About the Role
This role focuses heavily on landscaping and outdoor property maintenance, while also supporting basic upkeep needs inside our homes. If you know how to operate lawn equipment, can handle small repairs, and don’t mind getting your hands dirty to keep things looking sharp, you could be a great fit. You'll work with a small team and refer out big repairs to licensed professionals.
Primary Responsibilities
- Perform routine lawn and grounds maintenance: mowing, trimming, edging, weed eating, raking, and seasonal cleanup
- Conduct basic property maintenance (e.g., painting, patching, small repairs, replacing hardware, etc.)
- Assist with snow/ice prep, storm recovery, and seasonal exterior tasks
- Monitor property conditions and report larger issues to the maintenance supervisor
- Help with occasional furniture moves, deliveries, or dump runs
- Maintain equipment, tools, and supply inventory
- Coordinate with licensed vendors for specialized repairs
Qualifications
- Experience with landscaping tools and small home repairs
- Able to work independently, stay organized, and follow instructions
- Physically capable of outdoor work in various weather (lift, bend, carry, etc.)
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
- Prior experience in lawn care, property, or facilities maintenance preferred
Position Details
- Pay starts at $12/hour or more, depending on experience
- Full-time and part-time options available
- Benefits offered after 60 days for full-time staff (health, dental, vision)
- Monday–Friday schedule, with flexibility depending on seasonal needs
- A hands-on role in a mission-driven nonprofit that makes a difference
