Nurse Assistant I at RecSol Recovery Solutions, LLC – Conroe, Texas

Position Description:

What Youll Do

Take and record vital signs (blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and respiration) Track intake/output, height, and weight, and collect routine lab samples Assist individuals served with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, ambulation, and toileting Support individuals served with medical equipment and mobility, including transfers, oxygen therapy, and safe transport to other departments Provide care within residential units, the clinic, or infirmary based on assignment Partner with licensed nurses to monitor individuals served progress and respond to care needs Ensure a safe, hazard-free environment for individuals served, visitors, and staff What Were Looking For

Education

High school diploma or equivalent (required) Experience

No prior experience requiredtraining will be provided! Licenses/Certifications
