About This Position
Position SummaryCoordinate and track infrastructure repairs and maintenance. Maintain accurate records of tower assets, equipment inventory. Assist in the scheduling of commercial installations and tower maintenance. Support network operations by updating databases, ticketing systems, and documentation in a timely manner. Assist with generating and analyzing operational reports. Collaborate with the customer service and I & R teams to resolve installation or service delivery issues. Ensure all work follows company policies, safety standards, and regulatory guidelines. Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Assist with general office administration tasks as needed. Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or a related field preferred. 2+ years of experience in telecommunications, wireless operations, or a similar administrative role. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM or ticketing systems ( HelpDesk, Skedulo.) Basic understanding of fixed wireless technology, and tower infrastructure is an asset. Attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a cross-functional team. Customer-focused and solutions-oriented. Adaptable to change in a dynamic operational environment. Strong sense of accountability and ownership of assigned tasks. Ability to prioritize effectively under pressure.
The Fixed Wireless Operations Admin plays a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the company’s fixed wireless infrastructure team. This position is responsible for assisting with the coordination of repair and maintenance schedules, managing network assets, supporting field technicians, and maintaining accurate operational records.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where communication and coordination are essential.
