About This Position

Position Summary

Quality Inspector is responsible for receiving, in-process and final quality inspections.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Inspect parts for FOD, scratches, dings, etc.
  • For painted parts, look for fish-eyes, orange peel, drips, runs, coverage, etc.
  • Verify all previous operations have been completed on the traveler.
  • Ensure compliance to customer requirements.
  • Verify the implementation of corrective actions.
  • Work non-traditional hours, such as overtime, weekends, and holidays.
  • Other duties, as assigned by supervision or management.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Position Requirements

  • Ability to read drawings.
  • Ability to interpret specifications.
  • Ability to use micrometer and calipers.
  • Strong communications skills.
  • Strong computer skills.

Education and Experience:

  • 2 years of experience of relevant experience.

Weekend Shift -Friday-Sunday 5:30am to 6:00pm. Work 36 hours and get paid for 40.
or
3rd Shift - Sunday-Thursday 10:00pm to 6:30am.
