Territory Service Supervisor – Columbus, OH at Advanced Fryer Solutions LLC – Columbus, Ohio

We’re seeking a hands on, highly motivated leader to support daily field operations in the Columbus territory!

This salaried role provides leadership, coaching, and operational support to technicians while ensuring service quality, safety, and efficiency.

• This role is budgeted between $63,000 and $68,000, with a target around $65,000, depending on experience. Strong performance is rewarded with growth opportunities.

What You’ll Do:

• Support technicians with daily operations and problem solving

• Perform end of day checks and assist with depot closing

• Assist with routing, scheduling, venues, and pop up stops

• Cover routes for PTO and call offs as needed

• Coach and develop team members

• Address customer concerns and ensure policy compliance

Schedule: Non-traditional hours; flexibility required. Hybrid opportunity.

Requirements:

• Live in the Columbus area

• Proven leadership experience (field service, franchise, or culinary a plus)

• Valid driver’s license & ability to lift up to 75 lbs

• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills

• Comfortable using mobile technology
