Job Description:

As a server you will be responsible for greeting and seating guests, taking accurate food and beverage orders, and delivering orders promptly. Ensuring a pleasant dining experience by addressing any issues or special requests and maintaining a clean dining area. Servers also handle billing and payments efficiently while collaborating with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service. Excellent communication, customer service, and multitasking skills are essential for this role.

Responsibilities:

• Take food and drink orders accurately with a positive attitude
• Enter orders into the POS system for transmittal to the kitchen
• Engage guests in a friendly manner - follow steps of service provided in training
• Ensure guests are enjoying their meals and take action and correct any problems immediately
• Prepare checks
• Collect Payment
• Follow responsible alcohol serving
• Help food preparation if necessary

Skills:

• Hospitality or restaurant experience with keen interest and knowledge of food and beverage service, required
• Strong communication and listening skills, excellent speaking, reading, and writing
• Experience in restaurant with a liquor license, a plus
• Experience in the pizza industry, a plus
• FoodTec POS experience, a plus
• Friendly, energetic and organized

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to move throughout the property (standing, walking, kneeling, bending) for extended periods of time
