As a Business Continuity Analyst, you will play a key role in ensuring organizational resilience by supporting and executing business continuity, disaster recovery, and crisis management initiatives. You will work cross-functionally with technical and business teams to assess risks, coordinate recovery strategies, and maintain operational readiness in the face of disruptions. This role involves conducting impact analyses, developing recovery plans, and supporting audit processes to ensure compliance with industry standards. You will contribute to strengthening operational frameworks while helping teams prepare for and respond effectively to incidents. The position offers strong exposure to cloud environments, regulatory requirements, and high-availability systems in a dynamic, global setting. • Support and execute Business Continuity Management (BCM), Crisis Management, and Disaster Recovery (DR) processes across the organization
• Conduct Business Impact Analyses (BIA), including data collection, risk evaluation, and documentation of critical processes
• Develop, maintain, and update Disaster Recovery Plans (DRPs) and continuity documentation
• Coordinate and monitor disaster recovery tests, including planning, execution, and reporting of results
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify risks, vulnerabilities, and mitigation strategies
• Support internal and external audits by ensuring proper documentation, compliance, and evidence collection
• Prepare technical and executive reports on risk assessments, test outcomes, and continuity performance metrics

Requirements:

• 2–3+ years of experience in business continuity, disaster recovery, risk management, or related fields
• Strong understanding of BCM, Crisis Management, and Disaster Recovery frameworks
• Experience conducting Business Impact Analysis (BIA) and coordinating recovery testing activities
• Knowledge of cloud environments and distributed systems
• Familiarity with ISO 22301 and ISO 27001 standards; relevant certifications (CBCP, MBCI, ISO Lead Implementer/Auditor) are a plus
• Experience supporting audits and working in regulated or mission-critical environments
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple teams
• Advanced English proficiency and ability to operate in an international business environment
