What You Will Do

  • Prepare developmentally appropriate lesson plans, including instruction during family-style dining.

  • Implement the adopted curriculum and manage classroom behavior.

  • Individualize instruction for each child and conduct screenings and assessments.

  • Maintain records and schedule and complete home visits and parentteacher conferences.

  • Obtain and manage child outcome data.


FLSA: Exempt Minimum Acceptable Qualifications

Project/Specialist Teacher

Level 1- Monthly $3,578.01-$4,571.62 - Based on years of experience

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Early Childhood Education or Advanced Degree in Early Childhood



Level 2-Monthly $3,099.43-$3,199.41 - Based on years of experience


Minimum Qualifications: Associates degree in early childhood education or 60 college credits with at least 6 hours in early childhood education and coursework equivalent to a major in Early Childhood Education with experience teaching infants/toddlers and/or pre-school aged children Supplemental Information
