What You'll Do
-Conduct initial assessments and functional behavior assessments to guide individualized treatment planning
-Develop and implement individualized ABA treatment plans and behavior support plans
-Oversee and support the implementation of programming by Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to ensure quality and consistency
-Supervise, mentor, and train RBTs, supporting their professional development and clinical success
-Monitor client progress using data-driven decision-making and adjust treatment plans as needed
-Provide family training and support to encourage generalization of skills and support treatment success
-Collaborate with families, RBTs, and other professionals, such as speech therapists and occupational therapists, to deliver cohesive care
Education/Experience and Other Requirements:
-Master’s Degree in Behavior Analysis or a related field
-Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
-Active Massachusetts Licensed Applied Behavior Analyst (LABA) credential, or eligibility to obtain
-Reliable access to technology (laptop, internet) for communication and data management
-Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities in a fast-paced environment
-Experience designing treatment plans and intervention programs
-Strong supervisory, mentoring, and communication skills
-Proficiency with technology for tracking data and designing effective programs
