Responsibilities

The Technology Project Manager will lead the innovation, collaboration, execution, and deployment of the organization’s strategic technology initiatives, beginning with our transition from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA – one of the most significant transformations in the company’s history. They will blend project leadership and tactical project management expertise with technical acumen to drive successful project execution. This role will lead the team to ensure the transition is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This is a high-visibility role critical to one of the most significant technology transformations in the company’s history. Specific responsibilities include:

  • Lead large, cross-functional, diverse project teams to execute migration plans and deliver business value
  • Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and risks across multiple streams
  • Act as a bridge between technical teams, business teams, and key stakeholders to break down siloes and enable collaboration
  • Coordinate with internal teams, the Enterprise Architect, business stakeholders, and external vendors to align activities with strategic goals
  • Track progress against plans, proactively identifying risks, issues, and dependencies, and driving resolution
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards, enterprise architecture, governance frameworks, and contractual obligations


Qualifications

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 7+ years of experience on high complexity technical projects
  • 5+ years of experience managing SAP or large-scale IT projects
  • PMP® (Project Management Professional) with active certification status
  • Proven track record leading cross-functional project teams
  • Experience coordinating with external vendors or system integrators during SAP migrations
  • Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization
Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • Direct experience managing SAP ECC to S/4HANA migrations
  • Familiarity with SAP functional modules (FICO, SD, MM, PP) and their integration
  • Knowledge of change management, training, and adoption strategies in SAP transformations
