📍 Location: 4433 Miller Rd, Flint, MI 48507

🕗 Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

🚀 The Role: Registered Respiratory Therapist/Team Lead

This position oversees respiratory technicians, provides hands-on patient care, and promotes the respiratory program throughout the region. This role blends clinical expertise, leadership, and relationship-building to support patients, staff, and healthcare partners.

🔍 What We're Looking For

  • Registered by the National Board for Respiratory Care
  • Licensed through State of Michigan as a Respiratory Therapist
  • Graduated from an accredited Respiratory Therapy Program
  • Valid Driver’s License & Clean Driving Record
  • Management or leadership experience, preferably within a clinical or healthcare setting
  • DME or medical experience preferred

🛠 What You’ll Be Doing

  • Oversee, mentor, and train in-store Respiratory Technicians
  • Manage and set up respiratory equipment (ventilation, PAP, oxygen therapy, suctioning, pediatric monitoring, and more)
  • Provide patient education and respiratory care in the home setting
  • Plan and execute sales activities within your assigned region
  • Make sales calls to new and existing clients
  • Deliver presentations and promoting Binson’s Respiratory Program
  • Schedule appointments and building relationships with hospitals, case managers, and physician offices
  • Maintain a growing customer database
  • Manage patients with clinical needs and completing all required documentation
  • Educate caregivers on respiratory equipment and conducting follow-up visits
  • Coordinate emergency respiratory services as needed
