🚀 The Role: Registered Respiratory Therapist/Team Lead
This position oversees respiratory technicians, provides hands-on patient care, and promotes the respiratory program throughout the region. This role blends clinical expertise, leadership, and relationship-building to support patients, staff, and healthcare partners.
🔍 What We're Looking For
- Registered by the National Board for Respiratory Care
- Licensed through State of Michigan as a Respiratory Therapist
- Graduated from an accredited Respiratory Therapy Program
- Valid Driver’s License & Clean Driving Record
- Management or leadership experience, preferably within a clinical or healthcare setting
- DME or medical experience preferred
🛠What You’ll Be Doing
- Oversee, mentor, and train in-store Respiratory Technicians
- Manage and set up respiratory equipment (ventilation, PAP, oxygen therapy, suctioning, pediatric monitoring, and more)
- Provide patient education and respiratory care in the home setting
- Plan and execute sales activities within your assigned region
- Make sales calls to new and existing clients
- Deliver presentations and promoting Binson’s Respiratory Program
- Schedule appointments and building relationships with hospitals, case managers, and physician offices
- Maintain a growing customer database
- Manage patients with clinical needs and completing all required documentation
- Educate caregivers on respiratory equipment and conducting follow-up visits
- Coordinate emergency respiratory services as needed
