About This Position

About Nclusion

Nclusion is on a mission to provide traditional financial services to 1.4 billion people worldwide without access today. Without a secure way to save, invest, or transfer money, individuals are not empowered to accumulate short or long-term wealth. We're changing that by bridging the gap between traditional banking and the communities that need it most.

About the Role

Nclusion’s Technical Recruiting Coordinator will play a critical role in supporting our hiring efforts as we scale. You’ll partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and interviewers to deliver a seamless and high-quality candidate experience, with a focus on technical hiring.

This role is execution-focused and detail-oriented. You’ll operate within established recruiting processes while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, clarity, and candidate experience. As we continue to refine our talent acquisition function, you’ll help ensure our day-to-day operations run smoothly and reliably.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage all coordination for technical positions - Schedule, communicate, and triage all things tech recruiting.

  • Optimize virtual and in-person interview experience - Provide clear, timely & accurate information to candidates and interviewers regarding schedules and locations.

  • Support recruiting operations and process improvement - Seek, provide, and apply feedback to improve use of our ATS and related tools.

  • Support and enhance the candidate experience - Partner with Recruiters as candidates move through the interview process to ensure seamless support & effective response to reschedules or change.

  • Be a strategic partner - Work directly with Recruiters, Recruiting Coordinators, Interviewers & Hiring Managers to align timelines, priorities, and structure while remaining flexible to evolution as we grow.

What You Bring to the Table

  • 2+ Years of experience in recruiting coordination, ideally supporting technical teams.

  • Detail orientation & organization - Tech recruiting has a lot of moving pieces; you’re able to balance competing responsibilities and effectively prioritize without losing sight of the finer details.

  • Adaptability - You’re comfortable working in established best practices, but able to recognize when there’s opportunity to improve by adjusting them.

  • Collaborative mindset - You’re able to strike the balance between supporting and managing your stakeholders; working as a team to keep things moving, but always improving.

  • Continuous improvement orientation - You proactively identify small but meaningful ways to improve workflows, documentation, and candidate communication.

In our commitment to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace, we value the unique perspectives and experiences each individual brings to our team. We encourage all candidates, regardless of background, to apply. Your skills, talents, and potential contributions matter deeply to us, and we believe in creating an environment where everyone has an opportunity to thrive. We recognize that meeting every listed requirement may not always be possible, but we value passion, determination, and a willingness to learn. Your application is an opportunity for us to discover the exceptional qualities you bring.
