Production Crew Overhire/On-Going in Olympia, Washington at Washington Center For The Performing Arts

The Position:
Production Crew Overhire is hired on an ‘as-needed’ basis for staffing large productions at The Center. Overhire will be directed to numerous production opportunities on stage before, during and after a performance.

Salary: $23.68 per hour, eligible for Employee Assistant Program, sick leave of 1 hour for every hour worked. This position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement with the International Alliance of Theatrical Stage Employees (IATSE), Local #15. Upon authorization, a 5.5% representation fee may be deducted from gross earnings. Employees may also choose to become Union members, which includes the payment of quarterly dues as determined by the Union.
