| Position Summary: | UDRI is seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Project Coordinator to support our dynamic Materials & Material Degradation division in Warner Robins, GA. The person in this position will provide administrative support to AFSMO team members and perform project coordinator duties for AFMSO team members managing CPCO-specific projects. Areas of administrative support include, but are not limited to, coordinating travel requests, trip reports, and survey reports, and scheduling meetings. Planning and coordinating the annual technical interchange meeting will be required. Project coordinator duties include managing tasks and schedules, assisting with spending tracking, organizing documentation, preparing reports, maintaining project files, and, in some cases, submitting Contract Deliverables to the customer |
