Position SummaryThe Learning Solutions Specialist for TopDog Law is a full-time role reporting to the Learning Solutions Manager. This position supports the design, development, delivery, and continuous improvement of learning experiences across the organization.
This individual plays a key role in onboarding, role-based training, and ongoing development initiatives for our operations and law firm teams. The role blends facilitation, content creation, learning technology administration, and employee communication. The ideal candidate is adaptable, detail-oriented, and capable of translating complex processes into clear, engaging learning experiences across multiple formats.

Facilitate onboarding experiences and role-specific programs that build employee confidence and readiness.
Examples of Work:Facilitate multi-day onboarding and role-based training programs that include company culture, systems, and core job functionsLead Day 1 New Employee Experience sessions across departmentsIncorporate interactive elements such as role-play, discussion, and applied exercisesLearning Program Support & CoordinationPartner with instructional designers, subject matter experts, and business stakeholders to support the development and execution of learning programs. Assist with needs analysis, feedback collection, and program evaluation.
Examples of Work:Draft and distribute learner surveys and analyze results to identify improvement opportunitiesCoordinate updates to training materials based on process or policy changesContent Development & EditingCreate, update, and maintain learning materials across multiple formats, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and alignment with business needs. This includes eLearning, job aids, guides, and internal communications.
Examples of Work:Develop or revise eLearning courses using tools such as Rise or RipplingDesign visual learning assets and job aids using CanvaRecord and edit training videos and walkthroughs using ScreenPalEdit existing materials for clarity, consistency, and accuracyLearning Technology & LMS AdministrationManage and maintain learning content within the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring accurate enrollment, tracking, and reporting.
Examples of Work:Upload and organize exported courses, create learning paths, and add resources in the Learning Management System (LMS)Track course completion and generate reports for stakeholdersTroubleshoot learner access issues and support system navigationMaintain course version control and updatesEmployee CommunicationDevelop and deliver clear, concise employee-facing communication related to training programs, updates, and learning initiatives.
Examples of Work:Write announcements, course instructions, and follow-up communicationsCreate learning campaign messaging to drive engagement and completionPartner with leadership to communicate training expectations and timelinesAssessment & EvaluationSupport the measurement of learning effectiveness through assessments, surveys, and feedback mechanisms.
